The fleeting glamour of reflected celebrity washed across Rugged Towers Thursday 17th September as Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge visited the Anna Freud Centre in London.
As it was her first duty after being giving birth to Princess Charlotte the press was out in force as she was shown around the young People's centre, finding her way to their newly installed 'Smart Gym'.
She had a go on a couple of the devices there and stopped as a child demonstrated the CardioWall Compact, offering warm applause and a winning smile afterwards.
